Information for Title Companies

  • The annual stormwater fee is valid for the period between January 1st to December 31st of each year.
  • There is no utility transfer process, nor transfer fee. Once the Title is filed with Adams County Assessors, our records will be updated automatically by the next Billing cycle in January of each year. No additional steps are needed.
  • Only unincorporated Adams County properties are assessed a public drainage fee, we do not provide public drainage services for properties within city limits of Brighton, Thornton, Westminster, Northglenn, Commerce City, etc. You can find jurisdictional boundaries on our interactive GIS Interactive Maps online.
  • Please pay online, avoid checks.
